How to lead a stress free life?

Ah, the stress! It is the most used by word by all of us. Do you know that even a kid studying in 3rd class says this word?

Well, that is a different issue. Let me talk about the stress we feel, talk about, think about and may not really worry about its negative impact on us.

Let me assure that

*I am not going to prescribe any medicine to relieve your stress;

*I am not going to suggest any exercise for which you don’t have time.

*There is no meditation involved to free you of stress.

*And above all, there is no special food.

Then what?

I am just going to point out to you the cause of so called stress and who is responsible?

Yes, you are responsible for your stressed out feeling. I quote Eckhart Tolle below from his book, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment”
“Stress is caused by being here but wanting to be there. It is insane to live with such an inner split. We are all so busy getting to the future, the next minute or the next hour that the present is just reduced to a means of getting there.”

Now, you got the point? If not, please read it again and analyze your stress feeling when it happens.
